Macy has always had a love for beauty and makeup. She studied esthetics at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in Minneapolis, where she refined her skills and discovered her passion for lash and brow artistry.

In the salon, Macy specializes in enhancing natural beauty with services like lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and tints. She is also continuing her education in permanent makeup and will soon be offering microblading as well as lip and eyeliner services. Macy’s goal with every client is to create results that feel true to who they are—just elevated.

Outside of the salon, she loves spending time with family and friends, baking up something sweet, and getting lost in a good book.

Hey, I’m Maddie! I’ve been in the hair industry for over three years and it’s been the most exciting three years ever! I love doing funky hair. Anything colorful, shaggy, or mulletty! I also love doing more natural looks, lived in colors, blonding, and brunette. My goal is always to provide a safe space to express your authentic self no matter what that looks like.

When I’m not doing hair, you’ll find me reading a romantacy book or coloring cuddled up on the couch with my two cats. Or maybe sipping on a margarita in the sunshine ;)

In my off time, I love playing video games, drawing and painting. Anything from more challenging games like Hollow Knight to cozy games like Stardew Valley. I play on PC and Switch. Watching a show and sitting down with my sketch book while it rains sounds like a perfect day for me.

Outside the salon, you'll find me going to concerts, teaching high school drumline, playing video games, and enjoying quality time with friends and family over board games. I bring creativity and a personal touch to everything I do, both in and out of the salon.

Hi, I’m Kate! I’ve been in the hair industry for over five years and truly love what I do. I specialize in long layered cuts, curly styles, blonding, and effortless lived-in color. I also love short cuts — from sleek fades and textured pixies to razor-cut shags and modern mullets full of movement. My goal is always to create hair that feels effortlessly cool and perfectly tailored to your lifestyle and personality.

For me, the salon experience is about more than great hair — it’s about connection, too. Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me hiking, reading, or thrift shopping. I’m always happy to swap recommendations, so share your favorite trails, books, or thrift spots when you’re in my chair!

Michelle has been in the beauty industry for 10 years.

Originally from Mesa, Arizona- she became a Minnesota resident during the pandemic for 3 years and currently resides in Chicago. Michelle travels once a month to do drop in services for her wonderful Minnesota clientele. Michelle originally started her career working in a haunted house, she loved the fast paced environment and being able to incorporate a spooky concept to her work. After many years specializing in hairstyling and makeup, she found an opportunity to start exploring color and discovered a new love for creating rainbows, color blocking and complete creative color transformations. Her favorite services are creative color and makeup applications!

When she'd not creating, Michelle spends most of her time exploring the city, going on park and museum adventures with her little family and always on the lookout for spooky finds!

Rachel has been a hair stylist for 18+ years. Having worked in Uptown Minneapolis at the Hairpolice, Dead Rose Salon Loft in Downtown Minneapolis, and even Gods & Heros Salon in sunny Orange County, California, she is excited to bring her colorful work experience and sweet inclusive vision to her longtime home of Chanhassen!

Rachel loves helping her clients vision for their hair come to life and how to achieve their hair goals using science and proper hair care. She loves low maintenance hair that always looks fabulous.

She loves spending time with her family (husband Frankie, daughter Charlie & crazy stitch and their newest member Lucky the cat), listening to all types of music (from punk rock & rockabilly to rap & Reggaeton), fashion (her favorite brands being BlackMilk Clothing, BlackCraft Cult Clothing,

Doughnuts & Deadlifts and Killstar), political activism, and she just loves love. Oh, and exclamation points! She really loves those too!!
